You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to report any concerns. After this period, we may be unable to offer assistance.
Shipping Responsibility: Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. For shipping-related issues, please contact UPS directly.
Returns: If a wig is accepted for return under exceptional circumstances, a $100 restocking fee will apply to cover the time and labor invested in creating the unit.
